- This tatami mattress serves perfectly as a base for a traditional shiki futon (shikibuton), allowing you to sleep on the floor to help straighten your back.
- The tatami mat is comfortable for sitting, walking, lying, sleeping, doing yoga, and relaxing.
- It has a scent of fresh-cut hay (Igusa). You can improve ventilation to reduce the odor, which naturally fades over time with use. No chemicals are used at any stage of productionโ itโs entirely natural.
